niceph8 Terms and Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities as a Member

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the niceph8 platform — including the website at niceph8.best, any mobile application, and all associated services — you are confirming that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the member) and niceph8. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the niceph8 platform. Continued use of the platform after any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

You must not share your account login details with any other person. niceph8 cannot be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to an account where the member's credentials were shared or compromised through the member's own negligence.

• Notify niceph8 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission.
• Do not use account credentials associated with another person's account under any circumstances.
• niceph8 may require identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) before processing withdrawals or approving promotional bonuses. Acceptable documents include a government-issued Philippine ID, passport, or driver's licence.
• Account information updates — such as changes to your registered email or contact number — must be requested through official niceph8 support channels with appropriate verification.

niceph8 accepts deposits via the following Philippine-based payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfers, BDO/BPI/UnionBank internet banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for e-wallet methods unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.

All funds deposited into your niceph8 wallet must come from a payment source that belongs to you personally. Third-party deposits — payments made on your behalf by another person — are not permitted and may trigger a fraud investigation and account review.

• niceph8 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where results were determined before the bet was placed, or where there is evidence of match manipulation or corruption.

• Maximum bet limits apply to certain markets and events. These limits are displayed on the bet slip and may vary depending on the market, event, and the member's account history.
• niceph8 reserves the right to limit or adjust the betting activity of any account where unusual or suspicious patterns are detected, including but not limited to arbitrage betting or the use of automated betting systems.

niceph8 offers various bonuses and promotions to members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and VIP rewards. Each promotion has specific terms — including eligibility, minimum deposit, rollover requirements, expiry dates, and applicable games or markets — which are published alongside the promotion on the niceph8 platform.

The general rules that apply to all niceph8 bonuses are as follows:

• Bonuses are credited to the member's niceph8 wallet after the qualifying deposit is confirmed and any other eligibility conditions are met.
• Bonus credit is subject to a rollover or turnover requirement before it can be converted to withdrawable funds. The specific multiplier and qualifying products are stated in each promotion's terms.

• Engaging in match-fixing, or placing bets with prior knowledge of a fixed result in any sport, game, or event available on niceph8.

• Engaging in collusion with other niceph8 members in card games such as Pusoy to gain an unfair advantage over other players at the same table.
• Abusing the niceph8 platform's technical infrastructure — including attempting to access, alter, or disrupt the platform's backend systems, databases, or security mechanisms.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing niceph8 staff or other members through any communication channel.

niceph8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account, at its sole discretion, if it determines that a member has violated these Terms — or if continued account operation poses a risk to the integrity of the platform, other members, or the operator.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, niceph8 will:

• Notify the member of the suspension via their registered email address within a reasonable time.
• Provide a general explanation of the reason for the suspension where disclosure does not compromise the investigation.
• Complete the investigation within 30 days wherever possible, with updates provided to the member if the timeline extends beyond this.

If the investigation concludes that no violation occurred, the account will be reinstated and any withheld withdrawals will be processed. If a violation is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed. niceph8 may, at its discretion, return the member's deposited principal (net of any bonuses or disputed winnings) subject to the outcome of the investigation.

Members may voluntarily close their niceph8 account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining withdrawable balance will be processed to the member's verified payment method following closure. Accounts closed voluntarily cannot be reopened within 30 days of closure.
